1.Once you're at Josand, walk to the Factory and talk to the Alpha Terminal.
2. The terminal asks you to collect data from the 3 terminals on the main floor of the factory simply by walking up to them.
3. Turn on your minimap so you can see the coordinates. The first terminal is directly north of the entrance at coordinate 64,7.
4. The second one is in the northwest corner at 20,8.
5. The last terminal is at the southwest corner of the main floor at 6,52.
6. Talk to the Alpha Terminal again. You can talk to the NPC by the elevators on the main floor of the factory or you can go outside.
7. Go to the basement of the factory. You can find the elevator to take you down to the basement near the 2nd terminal in the northwest corner of the main floor of the factory at coordinate 10,15.
8. At the basement, go west of the map to coordinate 6, 55 to access the last terminal.
9. Talk to the Alpha Terminal again to receive your quest reward of 36,000 xp. If you are lvl 26 and above, talk to Alpha Terminal one more time to start the next quest in the quest line, Reactor Rescue.
